The situation
A staffing company placing field workers across the Philippines was running hiring, documents, contracts, and attendance on paper and spreadsheets. Status was unclear; compliance was hard to prove.
What we built
A platform that takes a worker from apply to deployed: mobile onboarding, document checks, contract signing, site assignment, geofenced attendance, and payslips. Clients, sites, and internal ops share one system.
Technical highlight
A seven-step compliance onboarding flow and GPS geofenced attendance across distributed sites — the unglamorous path that has to work every morning.

Built for an operation already placing 4,000+ workers across 100+ client sites.
