Hosts in India were chasing RSVPs across spreadsheets, group chats, and phone calls. Guests would not download another app. Headcounts stayed uncertain until the day.
What we built
An event platform for invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, and door check-in. Hosts work in a dashboard. Guests reply in WhatsApp — no account, no download.
Technical highlight
WhatsApp Business API as the core loop: personalized cards, Yes/No buttons, reminders, and thank-you messages, with guest groups and meal counts attached to each reply.
